By accessing or using NovaCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NovaCheck provides automated verification services using multiple sources and models. Results are designed to help human review, not replace legal advice, editorial judgment, or absolute ground truth.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• One account per person is permitted unless explicitly authorized otherwise.

• Do not use NovaCheck for illegal purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, access controls, or paid feature gates.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected service internals.
• Do not submit malicious content or attempt to damage the service.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Do not scrape or redistribute the service without authorization.

• Subscriptions are billed at the cadence and price shown at checkout.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Paid users can manage or cancel subscriptions from the billing portal in settings.
• Free tier users receive 20 verifications per month.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

All NovaCheck content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF FACT-CHECK RESULTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaCheck and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these terms. You may also initiate account closure or deletion from the settings workspace or by contacting support@novacheck.app or privacy@novacheck.app.

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service when appropriate. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
